Susan Blake is an author, retired Montessori teacher, and creator of the children’s movement program - Dynamic Kids of New York. Susan has been “making up” stories since the age of five and finally decided it was time to share them with the world!
Her debut book, 'Ruby A. Beagle: How I Rescued a Family', was self-published and warmly received, turning a 13 year dream into reality. With several more stories in the works, Susan is excited to bring her imaginative tales to families everywhere.
Dedicated to inspiring young readers and learners, Susan partners with local organizations to bring free, affordable, and fun programs to children. She has collaborated with groups such as the Port Jefferson Public Library, Emma S. Clark Public Library, The Reboli Center for Art and History, Private Book Stores and beyond and looks forward to many more collaborations.
For Susan, life itself is full of stories, and she considers it both an adventure and a privilege to share hers. She welcomes organizations, businesses, teachers and librarians to reach out about potential collaborations, book readings, signings, and other meaningful events designed to spark joy and creativity in children.
